Role Description
NoBrokerHood is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Relationship Manager (B2B) for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with society management committees and other stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include onboarding new societies, resolving client queries, promoting NoBrokerHood services, and identifying opportunities for value-add collaboration with societies. Additionally, the individual will gather customer insights to improve service offerings and ensure seamless implementation of the platform within managed communities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with an ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management, account management, or client servicing in a B2B environment.
- Basic knowledge of technology-driven platforms and a clear understanding of community or property management systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude for handling data and analytics.
- Prior experience in the real estate, property management, or SaaS industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
