Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and promoting Bajaj Life’s insurance products. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to drive business growth and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet business targets and effectively promote insurance products
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities for addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction
- Proficiency in financial planning and consultative selling, with the ability to assess clients’ needs
- Capability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to overall business growth
- Knowledge of insurance products and relevant regulations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services is a plus
