Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of the Relamination Department (Relamination HOD) at our Hosur, Tamil Nadu location. The Relamination HOD will oversee daily operations of the relamination process, ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. The role involves planning and coordinating departmental activities, leading and mentoring team members, maintaining equipment standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The candidate will also analyze performance metrics, implement continuous improvement strategies, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in relamination processes, including materials and machinery involved
- Team leadership and employee mentoring skills
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements in a manufacturing setting
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and generating reports
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
