We are a faith based real estate investing mastermind. We help clients expand their portfolio and income through buying apartments using syndications and creative financing strategies. We help new real estate investors and experience investors scale quickly and wisely. We have experienced exponential growth, increasing sales tenfold in just 3 years and quadrupling its business over the last 12 months. We are seeking out an additional Account Manager, due to growth, to walk alongside our clients during their apartment investing journey.


Role Description

  • Full time and fully remote
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and coaching them, helping our clients grow their real estate portfolios through multi-family apartment investing.
  • Emphasis on back-end sales and retention. We are looking for someone who is hungry to meet and exceed goals, while also being passionate about helping our clients reach theirs.
  • This role consists of onboarding calls, 1:1 coaching calls, group coaching calls, weekly membership trainings, deal reviews, maintaining client Slack channels, monitoring and addressing client posts in Skool, client upsells and back-end sales and more!
  • This is not solely one on one coaching, as clients have access to a community of other investors and a full training on every step to buying apartments and scaling.


Compensation 

  • Earnings can reach $300k+ annually, depending on experience and longevity.
  • Earnings are over $180k annually achieving minimum KPI.
  • Commission based role.
  • Base will start at $6k/month during training/onboarding phase.


Qualifications

  • Must be located in the United States
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate (commercial/multi-family experience preferred)
  • 2+ years in high ticket sales experience (aside from real estate transactions) required
  • Outstanding, proven track record in sales required
  • Experience in back-end sales, upsells and/or renewals preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills
