Job Title: Rehabilitation Psychologist (NeuroRehab) – Founder’s Office(Strategic Growth & Clinical Operations)Location: Pune, India (In-Person)
Reporting to: CEO / Chief Rehab Officer
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed) + ₹70,000+ (Variable Bonus based on performance)
Role OverviewWe are seeking an RCI-certified Rehabilitation Psychologist with previous experience in NeuroRehab to join the Founder’s Office. This hybrid role blends high-level clinical expertise with strategic business development, bridging the gap between patient care and the scaling of our brain health and neuro-rehabilitation initiatives.
About ManastikManastik aims to transform the NeuroCare landscape by ensuring equitable access to comprehensive neurological care through a single, technology-driven platform available in local languages.
We integrate assessments, diagnosis, and rehabilitation—incorporating Neurologists, Neurophysiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Nutritionists—into a unified system. In collaboration with the Indian Federation of Neuro Rehabilitation, we enable early intervention and a continuous standardized continuum of care for conditions including:
- Adult: Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Epilepsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Migraine.
- Pediatric: Autism, Cerebral Palsy.
Backed by government grants, IIT Kanpur, ISB, and NIMHANS, and recognized by the World Stroke Association and World Federation of Neuro Rehab, Manastik is revolutionizing neurological care delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Excellence & Operations- Rehabilitation Management: Oversee the end-to-end creation and execution of personalized brain health rehabilitation plans for all patients.
- Quality Control: Maintain and monitor clinical records to ensure strict adherence to treatment protocols and recovery milestones.
- Support: Lead Family Counseling and Psychoeducation sessions.
- Supervision: Provide clinical guidance and oversight to the therapy team to maintain gold-standard care.
2. Strategic Business Development- Expert Onboarding: Recruit and onboard Neurologists and multidisciplinary therapists to scale the platform's reach.
- Field Initiatives: Lead awareness camps and community outreach programs to drive patient acquisition.
- Partnerships: Build referral networks with Pune’s medical institutions and independent practitioners.
3. Founder’s Office & Special Projects- Strategy & Growth: Work directly with leadership on high-priority strategic growth initiatives and product strategy inputs.
- Content & Media: Review marketing content for factual accuracy and create a video library for at-home rehabilitation in collaboration with senior specialists.
- Research & Ethics: Set up and manage the Ethics Committee and lead the Publication Strategy to publish papers in prestigious neurology journals.
- Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry conferences and networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or P.G. Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution.
- Certification: Valid RCI Registration is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in NeuroRehab is highly preferred.
