#GreenStartManagementConsultants is hiring for a Regulatory Compliance role. Looking for professionals from Core Regulatory Compliance background with strong exposure to RBI / NHB / SEBI compliances applicable to NBFCs & Housing Finance Companies.
✅ Mandatory:
✔ Core Regulatory Compliance experience
✔ RBI / NHB / SEBI compliance exposure
✔ NBFC / Banking / Housing Finance industry experience
❌ GST Compliance / Tax Compliance / Audit-only / Legal-only profiles will not be considered.
✅ Preferred Qualification:
✔ Company Secretary (CS) preferred
✔ Any degree acceptable with strong Regulatory Compliance experience
✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
✔ RBI / NHB / SEBI Reporting
✔ Compliance Risk & Governance
✔ Policy & Procedure Implementation
✔ Regulatory Circular Tracking
✔ Internal Compliance Controls
