🚀 About the Role
Jeeva Organic Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Associate Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs team. If you have a passion for regulatory compliance, documentation, and certification management in the nutraceutical, food ingredients, herbal extracts, and organic products industry, we'd love to hear from you!
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation for dietary supplements, food ingredients, herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, and organic products.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, specifications, declarations, and compliance documents.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate certification activities for USDA NOP, COR, NPOP, EU Organic, Halal, Kosher, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits by preparing and maintaining required documentation.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory agencies for renewals and compliance activities.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on products and business operations.
• Respond to customer documentation requests, technical questionnaires, and compliance declarations.
• Maintain an organized document management system with accurate records.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regulatory research to support new product development and market expansion.
• Manage multiple regulatory projects while maintaining documentation quality and timelines.
🎓 Required Qualifications
• M.Pharm (Preferred)
• M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, Certification Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the nutraceutical, herbal extracts, food ingredients, organic products, dietary supplements, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
