Job Summary:
The Executive/Senior Executive Regulatory will play a vital role in ensuring that our products comply with various regulatory requirements across multiple regions, including the EU, UK, Turkey, Korea, China, and India. This position has a direct impact on our ability to distribute high-quality aroma chemicals while maintaining adherence to legal and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete process of REACH registration for finished goods in compliance with EU, UK, Turkey, Korea, China, and India.
- Oversee the Chemexcil claim and reimbursement process, ensuring proper documentation and team coordination.
- Ensure product compliance with applicable regulations for aroma chemicals, including IFRA, allergen studies, and customer questionnaires related to sustainability.
- Facilitate audits and obtain certifications for MUI Halal, Kosher, ISO, FSSC, and FSSAI/FosCos in alignment with industry standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory documentation, including GHS compliance, MSDS, and hazardous product labeling.
- Coordinate with plants, production units, and QA/QC teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met prior to product launch.
- Support the marketing team by addressing customer inquiries and requirements related to regulatory documentation.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs within the aroma chemicals or related industry.
- Proficiency in REACH, GHS, OSHA, SARA, ECHA, and CLP regulations.
- Strong understanding of product compliance processes and documentation for various global markets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and workflow documentation.
- Ability to face physical audits and present regulatory compliance measures confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global sustainability platforms, including EcoVadis, CDP, Sedex, and SBTi.
- Demonstrated success in managing Chemexcil reimbursement processes under the MAI scheme.
- Familiarity with customer management systems and online document management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in conducting or managing audits for ISO and food safety standards.
