We are looking for a Project Approvals & Regulatory Manager to manage and coordinate all statutory approvals, documentation, and regulatory compliance for our industrial infrastructure projects.
The role will work closely with the Project Consultant and will be responsible for coordinating with various departments and authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage statutory approvals and regulatory clearances
• Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities
• Track approval timelines and ensure timely submissions
• Maintain documentation and compliance records
• Work with internal teams and project consultants to complete approval processes
Requirements
• 5–12 years of experience in regulatory approvals / liaisoning / statutory compliance
• Experience in industrial infrastructure, EPC, logistics parks, or real estate projects preferred
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
