Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Executive to join RegNova's Regulatory Delivery team and support product compliance, regulatory documentation, and market readiness activities across international markets for cosmetics, personal care, wellness, supplements, food, and allied consumer product categories.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in international regulatory affairs. You will receive structured on-the-job training while working alongside experienced regulatory professionals on live projects across multiple global markets.
The role involves supporting regulatory submissions, coordinating technical documentation, tracking approvals, and collaborating with internal teams, manufacturers, laboratories, consultants, and regulatory partners to ensure timely and compliant product registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Affairs & Compliance
- Support the preparation and compilation of regulatory dossiers, declarations, technical documents, and submission files for international markets.
- Assist with product registrations, notifications, renewals, and variation submissions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory partners to collect and organize required documentation.
- Review labels, artworks, ingredient lists, and supporting documentation for completeness prior to submission.
- Maintain submission trackers, approval timelines, regulatory databases, and product master data.
- Support responses to regulatory queries and requests for additional information.
- Assist in maintaining regulatory documentation, SOPs, templates, and internal knowledge repositories.
Regulatory Research & Operations
- Research regulatory requirements across assigned international markets.
- Monitor updates from regulatory authorities and assist in preparing internal regulatory summaries.
- Support documentation quality checks and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of regulatory projects.
Business & Operational Support
- Assist in preparing regulatory summaries, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
- Support CRM updates, project trackers, and internal coordination activities.
- Contribute to regulatory insight content, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing initiatives where required.
- Utilize AI and digital tools to improve documentation, research, and workflow efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or exposure to regulatory affairs, quality assurance, product compliance, or consumer products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Interest in AI-powered productivity tools and technology-enabled workflows is an added advantage.
