Role - Liaisoning & Approval Executive
Whall You'll Do
- Handle approvals and licenses for construction projects
- Work with government authorities like BMC, MHADA, SRA, RERA
- Submit documents and follow up for approvals
- Track expiry and renewal of licenses
- Manage approvals like CC, IOD, OC, Fire NOC, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants
- Maintain records and documentation
- Do regular field visits and handle tenant coordination
Skills Required
- Knowledge of approval processes & government work
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Marathi (mandatory – spoken & written)
- Basic English & Hindi
- MS Office knowledge
Location - Tardeo, South Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Experience Required: 2+ years
