Job details:
We are looking for an ambitious, recent graduate with a background in Regulatory Affairs who is eager to step beyond the lab and into the global MedTech business world. This is a unique "hybrid" role where you will leverage your technical understanding of compliance (EU MDR, FDA, UKCA) to drive B2B Growth and strategic partnerships.
Instead of traditional sales, you will be performing Consultative Outreach—helping global medical device manufacturers understand how our regulatory expertise can solve their market access challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Lead Generation: Research and identify global medical device manufacturers that require assistance with EU MDR 2017/745, UK Statutory Instruments, or FDA submissions.
- Strategic LinkedIn Outreach: Use your regulatory knowledge to engage in professional conversations with Quality Managers, CEOs, and Regulatory Leads.
- Regulatory Content Support: Assist in drafting technical "Thought Leadership" posts or whitepapers that simplify complex regulations for a B2B audience.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global regulatory changes and identify "growth triggers" (e.g., a new law passing in the UK) that create business opportunities for our consulting services.
- Digital Branding: Work on the firm’s digital presence to ensure our regulatory expertise is visible to the right global stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For- Educational Background: Recent Graduate (Batch of 2024/2025) in M.Pharm (Regulatory Affairs), B.Pharm, or Health Informatics.
- Compliance Knowledge: A foundational understanding of medical device classifications and global regulatory frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be comfortable drafting professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Growth Mindset: An interest in "The Business of Science"—understanding how technical expertise is sold in a B2B environment.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote, US-coordinated environment.
What You Will Gain- Global Exposure: Direct experience working with a US-based entity and exposure to international markets (US, EU, UK).
- High-Value Skillset: Learn "Growth Marketing" and "Business Development" in the niche, high-paying MedTech consulting sector.
- Professional Equity: A structured Letter of Recommendation and direct LinkedIn endorsements of your skills.
- Industry Mentorship: Guidance on how to transition from a technical student to a global regulatory professional.
