Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate – Regulatory Affairs to support product compliance, regulatory documentation, and market readiness activities across international markets for cosmetics, personal care, wellness, supplements, food, and allied consumer product categories.
The role involves supporting regulatory submissions, coordinating technical documentation, tracking approvals, and working closely with internal teams, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory partners across markets.
In addition to core regulatory responsibilities, the role will also support selected business coordination and communication activities for Regnova (Our Regulatory Business Unit).
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Affairs & Compliance
- Prepare and compile dossiers, declarations, technical documents, and submission files for multiple international markets.
- Support product registrations, notifications, renewals, and variation submissions.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory partners for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Review labels, artworks, ingredient lists, and claims for regulatory alignment.
- Track submission timelines, approvals, deficiencies, and regulatory updates.
- Support responses to technical and regulatory queries.
- Maintain regulatory trackers, product master data, and internal documentation systems.
- Support SOPs, process improvement initiatives, and regulatory research activities.
Additional Support Activities
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and regulatory summaries.
- Support regulatory insight content, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist with CRM updates, lead coordination, and internal business support activities where required.
- Utilize AI and digital tools to improve documentation, research, and workflow efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- 1–4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or related functions.
- Exposure to international regulatory requirements for cosmetics, wellness, supplements, food, or consumer health products preferred.

- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of product registration and compliance workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Familiarity with AI tools, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration platforms preferred.
