Job Title: Regulations Intern
As a Regulations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in navigating and understanding regulatory frameworks relevant to our industry. This internship will provide exposure to various aspects of regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company adheres to applicable laws and standards. You will work closely with our Quality and Regulations Associate and contribute to projects aimed at ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on current and emerging regulations applicable to the company's operations.
- Analyze regulatory trends and developments to provide insights to the regulatory affairs team.
2. Documentation:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory documentation.
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and filings.
3. Compliance Monitoring:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and assess compliance with applicable regulations.
- Contribute to the development of compliance monitoring tools and processes.
4. Communication:
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory communications and responses to regulatory authorities.
- Support the dissemination of regulatory information within the organization.
5. Project Support:
- Provide support to ongoing regulatory projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Assist in coordinating regulatory activities with other departments as needed.
6. Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance regulatory knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., law, regulatory affairs, business, etc.).
2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance concepts.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Previous internship or coursework related to regulatory affairs.
2. Familiarity with ISO, 21 CFR & current regulatory guidelines.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
