Role Description
The Registration Executive role at EnergiSight is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing registration processes, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations. Additional tasks involve interacting with clients to collect and verify required documentation, resolving queries, and ensuring timely registrations as per project schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in documentation management, data verification, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and project scheduling processes in a professional context.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in registrations, record-keeping, or customer support roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
