Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registration Assistant, based in Chennai. The Registration Assistant will be responsible for assisting clients with documentation for property registrations, liaising with government offices, maintaining organized records, ensuring accuracy in clerical work, responding to client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves routine follow-ups and effective communication to facilitate smooth processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of standard office applications and database systems
- Strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Demonstrated ability in Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping, documentation, and organization
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service
- Ability to handle routine tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with registration and government documentation processes (preferred)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience
