Role Description
The Registrar at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology will be responsible for overseeing the institution’s administrative operations and ensuring compliance with statutory and academic regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating academic programs, maintaining student records, facilitating communications between departments, and ensuring adherence to institutional policies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience in managing academic and institutional records.
- Experience in policy implementation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Capability to handle institution-wide coordination and operational tasks effectively.
- Expertise in using office management and administrative software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, with prior experience of academic administration being an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
- Knowledge of the education industry, specifically in engineering and technology, will be beneficial.
