Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Registrar in Anesthesia for an on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Registrar will provide preoperative assessment and anesthetic management for patients, monitor patients during surgical procedures, assist in pain management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and contributing to team discussions for improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in anesthetic procedures, preoperative and postoperative care
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and pain management techniques
- Strong observational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology, and relevant certifications
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and maintain a high standard of patient care
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
