About the role

Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding 2. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases 3. Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires 4. Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and maintain attrition reports 5. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs 6. Assist in payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records 7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements 8. Handle employee benefits administration, including medical insurance and gratuity 9. Coordinate with external agencies for audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance 10. Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and events 11. Assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and rewards & recognition programs 12. Address employee grievances and implement HR policies to maintain a positive work environment 13. Foster a strong company culture through various HR initiatives 14. Oversee office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination 15. Ensure office supplies, IT equipment, and workplace infrastructure are well-maintained 16. Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when needed 17. Handle company documentation, contracts, and internal communications 18. Maintain HR metrics and generate reports on hiring, employee turnover, and engagement levels 19. Prepare HR dashboards and share insights with senior management 20. Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and reports Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 2. 2-4 years in HR and administration roles 3. Knowledge of labor laws, HRMS software, and payroll management tools 4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills 5. Proactive and detail-oriented HR professional
