Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Pharmacist. The position is based in Bengaluru and involves day-to-day responsibilities such as accurately dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, offering expert advice on drug interactions, dosage, and medication storage, and providing exceptional customer service. The pharmacist will also help maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards, consult with healthcare providers, and support health and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of medication dispensation, pharmaceutical best practices, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients about medications and liaise with healthcare providers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure precise prescription review and processing
- Basic computer proficiency for managing prescription software and inventory systems
- Licensed Pharmacist with a valid degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm or D. Pharm)
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is an advantage
