Role Description
This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Singapore and focuses on providing high-quality patient care within a clinical or healthcare setting associated with Nationize Visas. The Registered Nurse will perform patient assessments, record medical histories, monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and maintain accurate documentation. The role includes coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families on health management and treatment plans, and supporting routine clinical procedures. The Registered Nurse will also assist in managing infection control, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and promoting a safe, respectful care environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Candidates should possess skills in medical documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to healthcare protocols and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patients, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
- Current Registered Nurse license/registration as per applicable state or national regulations.
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; additional certifications in critical care or specialized areas are an advantage.
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare environments is preferred, including exposure to diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical and inclusive caregiving practices.
