Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Amritsar. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care by monitoring health conditions, administering medication, and assisting with daily living activities. You will collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The role requires maintaining accurate health records, educating patients and their families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric and detoxification patients
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms, vital signs, and mental status
• Administer medications and document patient responses
• Assist during admissions, detoxification, and emergency situations
• Maintain nursing notes, treatment charts, and shift handovers
• Ensure patient safety, ward discipline, and infection control
• Support therapeutic and rehabilitation activities
• Provide emotional support to patients and caregivers

Qualifications & Competencies

• GNM / BSc Nursing with valid registration
• Psychiatric or de-addiction experience preferred
