Role Description The Registered Nurse at Skylynn will provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care in accordance with clinical guidelines. The role includes collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, supporting patient recovery plans, and educating patients and families on health management, safety, and post-treatment care. The nurse will maintain infection control standards, ensure the proper use of medical equipment, and participate in quality assurance activities to uphold high clinical and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, requiring active engagement in daily clinical operations and responsiveness to patient needs throughout assigned shifts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient education, counseling, and communication to support understanding of treatments, procedures, and self-care.
- Candidates should possess abilities in care planning, documentation, and adherence to nursing protocols and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of infection prevention, safety procedures, and emergency response in clinical settings.
- Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills for working effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff.
- Valid nursing registration/license as a Registered Nurse and completion of an accredited nursing program are required.
- Relevant experience in hospital, clinic, or community health settings is preferred, especially in high-volume or acute care environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Dwarka, with flexibility for shifts, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care is essential.
