Registered Nurse (RN)
US Night Shift | Work From office | Hiranandani Gardens, Powai - Mumbai.
We are hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to support US healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret medical records and patient information accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret lab reports, clinical documents, and medical records
- Maintain high-quality clinical notes as per physician preferences and documentation standards
- Perform clinical data abstraction, validation, and interpretation from multiple healthcare systems
- Identify drug interactions, abnormal findings, and adverse effects to support optimal patient care
- Coordinate with patients regarding health concerns, appointments, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Practice Managers and healthcare teams for smooth workflow management
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare regulations
- Support clinical operations through accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintain process transparency and proper documentation methodologies
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) / B.Sc Nursing / Medical Degree mandatory
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
- Experience reading and interpreting lab reports and medical records
- Exposure to clinical documentation, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare support processes preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients over calls
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Virtual Medical Assistance / US Healthcare process
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Experience in data abstraction or clinical coordination
