Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Staff Nurse at RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Kolkata. The Nurse will provide care for critically ill patients, monitor and manage medical conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also include responding to medical emergencies, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with clinical and hospital protocols. The role requires a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general Nursing practices and Emergency Nursing techniques
- Experience in Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
- Understanding of complex medical conditions and treatment protocols
- Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-pressure situations
- West Bengal Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license
- Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting is highly preferred (Minimum 1-2 Yrs)
