Role Description The Registered Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare staff, supporting patient admission and discharge processes, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions. The role involves adhering to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines, while contributing to a professional and respectful clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license and completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic life support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain detailed documentation, and use hospital information systems.
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control practices, and ethical standards of care.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, manage time effectively, and handle fast-paced hospital environments.
- Prior experience in hospital or acute care settings is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated early-career candidates.
- Proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial for effective patient communication.
