Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead and expand our Cleaning Equipment Division across India. The ideal candidate should come strictly from the cleaning equipment / industrial cleaning machinery industry and possess strong experience in institutional (B2B) sales, channel development, team handling, and business expansion.
The role requires strategic sales leadership, PAN India market development, key account management, and driving revenue growth through direct and channel sales networks. The candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel and managing large-scale institutional business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive PAN India sales growth for the Cleaning Equipment Division
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Build and manage a high-performing regional sales team
- Identify new business opportunities in institutional and industrial segments
- Handle key enterprise and institutional accounts across sectors
- Expand dealer/distributor/channel partner network across regions
- Lead complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to improve customer experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business growth plans
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Please note the role will require PAN India travel, if needed.
Important - Role will require one face to face interaction in Delhi too.
