Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional/Zonal Manager based in Nashik, Maharashtra, The Regional/Zonal Manager will manage sales teams, develop and implement sales strategies, and work towards achieving business growth objectives. Responsibilities include market research, team training, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring profitability and compliance within the region. The role also involves interacting closely with cross-functional teams to align regional objectives with organizational goals.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business growth initiatives
- Marketing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to monitor sales performance
- Demonstrated experience in the Biocfertilizers, Crop Nutrition, and Agrochemical
- Flexibility to travel within the region for stakeholder meetings and on-site visits.
