About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP), Sales to lead and scale our sales organization across North America. If you are passionate about AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, building and mentoring high-performing sales teams, and driving strategic revenue growth, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of 10 Account Executives to consistently exceed targets.
  • Own and deliver against an $8M ARR quota for your region.
  • Drive accountability across pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecast accuracy.
  • Actively support your AEs through complex enterprise deals — from C-level engagement to negotiations and closing.
  • Recruit and develop world-class sales talent.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy and customer value delivery.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with executives at enterprise accounts.
  • Be a customer advocate internally to influence product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent Aviso at key industry events and thought-leadership opportunities.
  • Required to work during the US business hours.


What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership managing quota-carrying AEs.
  • Proven record of scaling teams to exceed multi-million-dollar ARR targets.
  • Strong experience selling into Fortune 1000 enterprises in categories like AI/ML, RevOps, or CRM.
  • Preferred background: current or recent leadership experience at high-growth SaaS companies such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Seismic, Glean, Moveworks, or Aisera.
  • Skilled in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Data-driven leadership approach with strong pipeline management rigor.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and coaching abilities.
