About the Role:
We want to be a leading biopharmaceutical company driven by people and science to set benchmarks in patient outcomes across therapy areas of Women’s Health, Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. We are looking for a trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. During your tenure you’ll be working on key projects which will help you to get deeper understanding of the department.
Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Create an environment of engagement, inclusiveness and change as per organisation objectives.
- Understand franchise business at local & national level, set development objectives for short term & long-term objectives with stakeholders – business and enabling.
- To create local development plan for field sales team and first line managers, outlining timelines and variety of interventions.
- To maintain strong relations with stakeholders and create repeat interventions.
- Creating ‘Champions & Coaches’ for learning.
- Collaborate / co-work with HR, Medical Affairs and other enabling functions on learning & development initiatives.
- Innovatively use the virtual platforms with the taskforce to run interactive training and learning programs.
- To follow and inculcate a sense of discipline and code of conduct as per the need of organization.
Operational:
- Understanding group / individual needs of participants and other stakeholders.
- Conduct activities such as pre-work, deliver workshops, field interventions, one-on-one coaching, through virtually and face-to-face.
- Drive implementation by facilitating Action Learning Projects, reviews, success presentations, follow-up on mail / phone / face-to-face interactions.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders on participant performance and progress.
- Conduct L&D activities related to creation, delivery, sustenance & administration by developing, maintaining, and coordinating required activities.
Sustenance and Planning:
- Content creation and updates – presentations / learning material.
- Monitor participant progress.
- Sharing of reports with stakeholders BU teams.
- Ensure application, on job (field) follow up and coaching for the target group.
Developmental:
- Create and meet personal improvement plans.
- Share learnings and best practices. Provide inputs for enhancing capability of team members.
- Support implementation of new systems and process improvements.
- Be a mentor for guiding the teams and motivating them to be at their best.
Qualifications: B.Pharma Science Graduate with MBA (preferred but not mandatory) with atleast 6 years of experience + 2 years(People Management)

- Must be creative & have proactive approach towards the project/brand assigned.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office is must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good in analytical skill.
- Experience in gynecology will be an added advantage.

- People Management Experience: Yes
- Required Years of People Management Experience: min 2 years
- Sales / Marketing Experience - At least 6 years
- Prior exposure to training / L&D will be an advantage.
- Performance: Achievement of minimum of 90% performance or growth on YTD.
