Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Training Manager, located in Rajasthan, India. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees to ensure skill enhancement and professional growth. The incumbent will develop training materials, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor employee performance pre- and post-training, and ensure the alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals. Other responsibilities include identifying training needs, managing training schedules, and ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance requirements. Collaboration with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in training design, content creation, and delivering effective training programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse employee groups
- Proven experience with coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation to drive employee development
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop tailored solutions for individual and team improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing training schedules and programs
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
- Educational background in Business, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field
- Proficiency in using digital training tools and platforms is an advantage
