Reporting to – Training Lead
Qualification - Bachelors in Hospitality and Above
Experience - 8 – 10 Years with both operational and L&D Experience
Position & Functional Goals
- Supporting the Training Lead in Deployment of training strategy in the assigned Area
- Support in refreshing & creating new Content
- Supporting in implementation of technology based Training solution (LMS)
- Support & co-ordinate for all L&D Programs like (Mapping for Action, Leadership In Action, CSF etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities
Deployment of training strategy in the Area 80%
- Identify the Training Needs and prepare the action plan
- Prepare the Training Calendar for the entire region
- Conduct Induction Program for Supervisors and above. Ensure 100% Induction compliance through Buddy Trainers.
- Conduct Training Programs in the Area like Soft Skill/ Job Skill/ HSEQ
- Development of the Buddy Trainers in the Area
- Rollout of the Training Hierarchy in all the Area assigned
- Implement/ track the New Development Path for Map4
- Managing governance to track Trainings delivered at all levels in the area.
- Support in the new site mobilization
- Drive the training agenda along with the region field trainers
Support Training Lead in Content Development 10%
- Support in creating content (PPT, Video's, Job Aids) to enhance understanding of end users
- Support in creating the technology based content for technology based training solution
Support in Training MIS 10%
- Prepare the Monthly MIS of all the Training deliverables and effectiveness
- Co-ordinate for the Field Trainers /Buddy Trainers/ Unit Managers for l MIS in the area assigned
- Support in R&R nominations from the Region.
