We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and technically sound sales professional who can independently develop the Industrial market across the region.
Your Role
As a Regional Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new Industrial business opportunities throughout Chhattisgarh. This is a field-oriented business development role where your primary objective will be to build relationships, generate enquiries and convert opportunities into successful projects.
You will work closely with consultants, EPC contractors, industrial customers and our Head Office technical team to deliver customized water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new Industrial enquiries through field sales.
• Identify upcoming Industrial projects across Chhattisgarh.
• Meet Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Project Heads, Purchase Teams and Management.
• Develop relationships with Consultants, EPC Contractors and Project Management Companies.
• Conduct technical discussions and understand customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Head Office for process selection, costing and techno-commercial proposals.
• Present technical solutions and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up enquiries until successful order conversion.
• Maintain customer database, CRM and weekly sales reports.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• Represent Plizma Technology at industrial meetings, exhibitions and networking events.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting customers, solving engineering problems and building long-term business relationships.
Education
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Equivalent Engineering Discipline
Experience
3–7 years in one or more of the following:
- Water Treatment
- Wastewater Treatment
- Industrial Equipment Sales
- EPC Project Sales
- Process Equipment
- Pumps & Valves
- Industrial Capital Equipment
Experience in selling ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, DM, Softener or related Industrial Engineering solutions will be preferred.
