🚀 We’re Hiring: Regional Manager – Supply (Alibaug&Mahabaleshwar)
At ELIVAAS, we are building India’s most premium luxury villa and vacation rental network—and we’re looking for a driven, high-ownership individual contributor to expand our supply footprint across Maharashtra.
If you can independently crack high-value property partnerships and close premium deals—this role is for you.
🌴 What You’ll Do
• Drive end-to-end supply acquisition across Mumbai & Pune regions
• Identify and onboard premium villas, resorts, homestays & luxury apartments
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, developers, brokers & partners
• Expand supply across key leisure markets (Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, etc.)
• Own market mapping, property scouting & competitor analysis
• Independently negotiate commercials & close partnerships
• Ensure onboarding quality aligned with ELIVAAS brand standards
• Collaborate with ops, revenue & guest experience teams for seamless go-live
• Own your pipeline, closures & conversion metrics
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• 4–10 years in hospitality / real estate / luxury acquisition / business development
• Strong network in West India markets preferred
• Proven ability to source & close deals independently
• Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
• High ownership mindset with a strong hunter attitude
