Role: Group Leader – Hire to Retire
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
CTC: Fixed 50 – 90 LPA (including a Variable 30%)
Experience: 15 – 18 Years

We’re seeking a highly experienced HTR Regional Service Delivery Leader to manage our end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (HTR) service delivery across North America, Europe, or ANZ. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development – Set goals, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Payroll Operations – Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processes.
- Employee Data Management (EDM) – Manage HRIS transactions, onboarding, offboarding, and data accuracy.
- Efficiency & Innovation – Drive automation, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management – Define KPIs, measure performance, and develop action plans.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure alignment with regional regulations and data privacy.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to HR regional teams and external partners.
- Strategic Transformation – Lead strategic initiatives and technology upgrades to support global HTR goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- HR certification required; Payroll certification is a plus.
- 15+ years in HTR operations, with experience across North America, Europe, or ANZ.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
- Expertise in GDPR, Workday, or ServiceNow.
- Proven track record in process optimization and stakeholder management.
