Role Overview
- The Regional School Outreach Manager will be responsible for driving UDIT's engagement with schools, counsellors, students, and parents across the assigned territory.
- The role focuses on building strategic relationships with educational institutions, enhancing brand visibility, generating prospective student leads, and contributing towards admissions and enrolment objectives.
- As the University's representative in the region, the incumbent will engage with schools, career forums, educational events, and student communities while building a sustainable pipeline of high-quality prospective students and strengthening UDIT's presence within the education ecosystem.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree will be preferred.
Experience:
- Candidates should possess 4–6 years of experience in school outreach, admissions, student recruitment, educational partnerships, or business development.
- Experience within higher education institutions, universities, educational organizations, or EdTech companies will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong relationship management abilities, and the confidence to engage effectively with students, parents, school leaders, and career counsellors.
- Strong planning, organizational, and territory management capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in CRM platforms such as Meritto and Microsoft Office applications.
- The role requires a self-driven professional with the willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory while managing multiple stakeholder relationships and outreach initiatives.
Territory Coverage
- Delhi NCR Region (Based in Gurugram): Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and surrounding NCR markets
- Mumbai
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated capabilities.
