Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing. The primary responsibilities include managing sales operations, devising and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing customer satisfaction, and leading a results-driven sales team. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high standards of customer service, and achieving business growth targets in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Proficiency in General Management and Team Management to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to develop and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. MBA is a plus.
