Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Regional Sales Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new market opportunities. The Manager will lead marketing initiatives to promote products, conduct competitive market analysis, and oversee the regional sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting on sales performance will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and market analysis
- Strategic planning and business development expertise
- Experience in managing and motivating regional sales teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, especially solar energy, is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
