Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Marketing Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Marketing Manager will oversee regional sales operations, drive market expansion, and execute marketing strategies to grow brand presence and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include build, managing and mentoring sales teams, setting and monitoring sales targets, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. The role involves designing and implementing regional marketing campaigns all channels, analyzing market trends and customer data, and collaborating with product and central marketing teams to align regional initiatives with overall business goals. The manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and ensure that all sales and marketing activities reflect dFarm India’s commitment to trustworthy, traceable, and certified food products.
Qualifications
- Strong regional sales management experience, including target setting, pipeline management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in marketing planning, campaign execution, and brand development within fast-moving consumer goods or food/agribusiness sectors.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales and customer data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with operations, product, and central marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a regional or territory-based sales and marketing role, preferably in Bengaluru or similar markets.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analytics platforms to track performance and inform decisions.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on ethical and customer-centric practices.
