Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager (West & South Zone) to join our team . This is an on-site role where the candidate will oversee sales operations and revenue generation for the assigned zones. Key responsibilities include managing and developing sales teams, fostering relationships with distributors and clients, identifying market trends, driving sales strategies, and achieving regional sales targets. The ideal candidate will also contribute to market analysis, business planning, and implementation of effective sales initiatives to ensure consistent growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze Market Trends and develop effective Sales Strategies
- Team Leadership and Mentoring skills to guide and motivate regional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with market research methodologies
- Experience in the FOOD industry is Must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Flexibility to travel across the West and South Zone as required
