Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager - West to join our team in Mumbai/Pune for an on-site role. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the western region, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and implementing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, leading a sales team, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. This role requires travel within the region to meet clients and partners to expand the market presence of Bhutoria Refrigeration's products.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and managing regional market portfolios
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating sales teams
- Strategic thinking with skills in market analysis, sales planning, and revenue forecasting
- Experience in client relationship development and issue resolution
- Knowledge and Experience of the HVAC industry FCU, AHU, Chillers, Pump is must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the western region as needed
