Role Description – Sales Manager (Study in Europe)
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – Study in Europe, based in Hyderabad, India. The Sales Manager will lead the expansion of CEG’s Europe-focused student recruitment and institutional partnerships.
The role involves driving student enrollments across European universities, developing market entry strategies for key countries (such as Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, and other EU destinations), and strengthening relationships with partner institutions.
Key responsibilities include executing targeted recruitment campaigns, managing conversion pipelines, conducting student seminars and webinars, and collaborating with internal admissions and compliance teams to ensure seamless application processing.
This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong market insight, capable of scaling operations and delivering consistent growth in the European education vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student recruitment for Study in Europe programs across PAN INDIA.
Build and manage partnerships with AGENT & Institutions across AP/TL.
Develop and execute region-specific sales and marketing strategies
Conduct student counseling sessions, seminars, and recruitment events (online/offline)
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → counseling → application → conversion
Track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates across the funnel
Identify new market opportunities and expand presence across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities in India
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably for European destinations
Strong background in sales, business development, and student conversion strategies
In-depth knowledge of Study in Europe processes (admissions, visa requirements, timelines)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed enrollment targets
Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as required
Requirements
Willingness to travel 50% across PAN India
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
