Regional Sales Manager — Sponsorship (South, East & West India)

Comic Con India is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own sponsorship revenue across our North, South, East, West India circuit, this is one of the most exciting commercial seats in Indian live entertainment.

Comic Con India (CCI) is India’s premier pop-culture event. From its start in 2011 in Delhi, Comic Con India has expanded to 14 cities including Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Indore, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, Guwahati, Pune & Ahmedabad and is expected to attract over 3,00,000 visitors and 1500 plus exhibitors at its shows, this season.

The Role
You'll own the North India sponsorship number — identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnerships that turn our festivals into the cultural moments fans (and brands) talk about for months. You'll be the face of Comic Con India for regional brands and agencies, and partner closely with the Central Sponsorship Head to keep regional execution in lockstep with national strategy.
This is a high-ownership Individual Contributor role with a clear path to regional leadership as the North circuit scales.
What You'll Do
• Own the regional sales target and drive sponsorship revenue across our North India shows
• Hunt high-potential brands across sectors FMCG, Alco-bev, Tech, Lifestyle, Auto, and Gaming
• Build pitches that make Comic Con's audience, IP, and on-ground experience impossible to ignore
• Develop long-term relationships with regional marketing heads and media agencies
• Travel across the North circuit as the calendar demands.
What You Bring
• 4–7 years in B2B sales — media, sponsorship, brand partnerships, or platform/agency sales
• Event sponsorship experience is a strong plus, not a deal-breaker
• A real, working network across the Delhi-NCR corporate and agency ecosystem
• A track record of hitting and beating revenue targets — consistently, not occasionally
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bonus points if you genuinely love comics, movies, gaming, anime, or any corner of pop culture — it shows up in the pitch
