Develop and execute a Regional Sales Strategy to achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets. Identify & Pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and infrastructure.
Promote company products such as Formwork,shoring systems through technical presentations and solution-based selling
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide customized formwork solutions for clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms within company guidelines
