We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our Secured (Home Loans & Loan Against Property) and Unsecured Business Loans portfolio. The role involves driving business growth, managing sales teams, and building strong channel partnerships across the assigned region
Responsibilities
· Drive sales targets for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Unsecured Business Loans.
· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Area/Branch Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
· Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
· Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
· Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
· Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory guidelines.
· Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
· Track competition and market trends.
· Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.
· Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/Finance preferred).
· Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in secured lending (Micro / Affordable Housing Loans & LAP) with Banks or reputed NBFCs.
· Proven experience in managing large geographies, preferably Karnataka, with a strong business track record.
· Strong knowledge of Karnataka geography and legal aspects related to property transactions.
· Excellent communication skills with fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders.
· High level of integrity, customer focus, and result orientation.
· Strong DSA and partner relationship management skills.
· Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines.
