Job Title: Territory Manager – Medical Devices

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

The company is known for delivering high-quality, innovative, and safe healthcare products that serve hospitals and healthcare professionals across India and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, anaesthesiologists, intensivists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Must have experience in the team handling & leadership !!
- Organize and support CME programs, scientific workshops, and educational activities in hospitals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure regular hospital visits, product promotion, and customer engagement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge or experience in medical devices / healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Good understanding of hospital sales and IPD operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Smart, proactive, and target-driven approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy / Healthcare / Management or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in medical device / pharmaceutical sales preferred.
