The Regional Sales Manager is expected to deliver Sales Excellence in Relationship Management, Opportunity Management and Business Management enabled through tools, processes, executive engagement and collaboration with extended teams. Together, they help build strong trusted advisor relationships yielding high customer happiness and goal attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the wallet share in the residential channels through year-over-year percentage increase in customer addressable revenue and thereby continue to elevate Crestron’s strategic position.
- Work with Architects and Consultants to build the brand acceptance.
- Pipeline and forecast management as per the defined metrics. Drive business value in every discussion and proposal presented.
- Achieving a better understanding of the competitive landscape in the account.
- Developing a deeper understanding of the market and an in-depth knowledge of the customer's industry and core business process.
- Finding optimal ways to sell with an understanding of current business environment through creative opportunity creation, deal structuring, value propositions, etc., that demonstrates our ability help customers enhance their meeting experience.
- Ability to develop complex account plans, planning and execution of the same.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior executives and business decision makers and have ability to influence them.
Required Competencies
- 10+ Years of Sales Experience with sound knowledge of India North region in the residential market
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sound business knowledge of residential channels.
- Ability to influence and engage senior customer executives and business decision makers.
- Prior experience with sales forecasting/budgeting.
- Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of culture and best business practices within India.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
