Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical. The role involves managing regional sales operations, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Regional Sales Manager will also oversee sales teams, ensure targets are met, and ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in regional or territory management
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and team management skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Capability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in cardiac and diabetic division is mandatory. a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
