Role Description
As the Regional Sales Manager - North, you will drive our expansion by executing aggressive sales strategies and capturing market share for the BRIA brand. You will balance nurturing elite client relationships with hunting for new business, while simultaneously leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. By conducting deep market research and engaging regularly with regional consultants and developers through extensive travel, you will ensure Bhutoria Air-conditioning remains the
industry leader in the Northern territory.
Qualifications
We are seeking an HVAC industry veteran with at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in territory management and high-value customer acquisition. You must be a strategic leader with sharp negotiation and problem-solving skills, capable of fostering a "Built With Passion" performance culture. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, and a total commitment to extensive travel across the Northern region is essential to succeed in this role.
