We are expanding our Romsons Hygiene Division (RHD) and are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the South region.
📍 Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai)
💼 Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager, I will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, managing and mentoring teams, and strengthening distribution networks to ensure sustainable business growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and achieve regional business targets
• Lead, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Expand and manage distributor and dealer networks
• Improve market reach and enhance product visibility
• Identify new growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales effectiveness
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 8–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Proven experience in team handling and regional sales management
• Strong exposure to distributor and network expansion
• Prior experience in FMCG, Hygiene, or Diaper segments is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Currently based in Mumbai (mandatory)
💰 Compensation:
The compensation for this role is structured to attract strong talent in the market.
CTC will be up to 15 LPA with flexibility to go higher based on the candidate’s experience, current compensation, and overall performance during the interview process.
